Thank you for shopping with 4 Water Colour Supplies. We're committed to getting your art supplies to you safely and promptly.

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (UK) We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

·         Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)

·         Express Delivery (1–2 business days)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount. Please check our store for current thresholds.

International orders
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or delivery prices and must be paid by the recipient. Charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
